Candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering / Technology course of a duration of 3 years or more from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks in the aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) of all semesters. Other conditions of eligibility strictly as per HSCS, Panchkula norms
