IFHE faculty of Science & Technology offers full-time B.Tech & B.Sc. program at the graduate level. The duration of B.Tech and B.Sc. is 4 years and 3 years respectively.

IFHE Faculty of Science & Technology offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. degrees in various specializations. The duration of this course is 4 years. Candidates seeking admission to a Ph.D. degree must have completed an M.Tech/ME/M.Sc/M.Phil with a minimum CGPA of 70% aggregate marks or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/M.Sc with an exceptionally good academic record. Admission into the Ph.D. program in Engineering and Technology, subject to one of the following conditions:

B.Tech. degree from IITs and NITs with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or its equivalent.
B.Tech degree holder from a reputed R & D organization with a proven research record.
B.Tech degree from other Universities with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or its equivalent and a valid GATE score.
M.Sc degree from reputed institutes like IITs, NITs, IISc, ISI, and Math Science with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or its equivalent
Admissions will be offered based on scores secured in the Research Aptitude Test-2021 (RAPT)/UGC/CSIR-JRF-NET /GATE.

IFHE Faculty of Science & Technology, Hyderabad (FST) conducts both online and offline application process to admit students to its various courses. Candidates have to register for the respective entrance exam on the official website. The detailed application process is as follows:

Merit Scholarship:

Merit-Cum Need Based Scholarships: This type of scholarship is offered to the students who have an annual parental income of less than 5.0 lakhs. The following documents need to be submitted to verify the eligibility of candidate for the mentioned scholarship.
i. Private Sector Employees/ Business People: Income Tax returns/Form 16/ Form 16 A
