The BS degree in Art Education offers a strong foundation in art history, experience with a broad scope of studio areas, a 12-credit concentration in a self-selected studio area and a solid foundation in Art Education teaching theory. 
The Art Education program at Minnesota State Mankato will prepare you to teach K-12 grades as well as offer experiences with community and museum education. The professional education sequence, which includes student teaching, is taken in collaboration with the College of Education, KSP Program.
