The admission Process is easier when you are in college and in online it's too difficult and we have pay for registration and there are slots for CET test student I have tried but it didn't allot it would be better if they decrease complexity in admission process
The syllabus is quite old and I think we should be taught a modern syllabus. The time for the exam is not sufficient and the syllabus is to big and quite some difficult, the teaching facilities can be modernization and using modern technology
The fees much affordable according to the course they offer and yearly they increase fees and some courses are compulsory like skill lab which cost about 15000 rs they are few scholarships and extra internship program is also going on with 2500rs of fees
The campus is not to big it's okay we have to maintain 85% in attendance. There are not much function or celebration. In sports wise there are no clubs at all and they do not concentrate on sports much. And infrastructure are poor and construction are going on and some building are half built
Few facilities are new to the teaching feild it is hard to understand the concept and other experienced the faculties teach quite good enough faculties student ratio is 1 to 30 sometimes quite hard to apptoach faculties is hard
I would rate the course curriculum 8.5/10. It is well-structured and covers the core concepts required for both higher studies and industry. One of the main reasons I chose this course was its balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and practical learning through laboratory sessions, projects, assignments, seminars, and presentations. The curriculum also provides a strong foundation in the key subjects of the discipline.
The first year course that we studied is an absolute waste of time. We study all common subjects and i feel like it's a waste most of the subjects are irrelevant. The second year syllabus that i am learning is on the topic and about the topic so that's not a problem
Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade, and a a timeline to follow so the year will be completed college is too good and campus is extremely good
College placements are the best part about joining JSS STU, there are many companies coming in for on campus selection, many internship opportunities offered from 1st year only and they train students very well
After 6th sem you can start interviewing for jobs. Placement rate at nmit is 94%. And internships from mncs are provided too. Alot of other activities and certificates provided by the college adds on to the students resume.
