- Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in any branches of Biological Sciences including Agriculture, Bioinformatics, and Biotechnology, Fisheries, Veterinary sciences and other equivalent courses OR Masters in Chemistry / Physics / Mathematics.

- Candidates who have qualified NET (CSIR-UGC), ICMR, DBT, ICAR and GATE entrance examination shall be eligible directly for appearing in Personal Interview.
- The selection of candidates will be made on merit prepared from marks obtained in the entrance exam, in Personal interview (PI), and in their Post Graduation examination.
- Selected candidates will have to present in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
