The MA Leadership degree program teaches transformational organizational servant leadership (TOSL) focused on people and based upon the life and teachings of Jesus.
Emphasize effective leadership (TOSL) modeling through organizational leadership research, exciting inter-disciplinary learning, practical application to the needs of the workplace, and participative teaching from recognized professionals.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a four-year undergraduate degree.
Students require a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.
Students also need a statement of objectives and interests, an academic research paper, and two reference letters.
Students require three to five years of work experience for this program.

Language Requirments:

Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.

International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.
